Eplerezone 50 Tablet

Eplerezone 50 Tablet is a potassium-sparing diuretic (water pill) used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) and heart failure after a heart attack.
It contains Eplerenone (50 mg) as its active ingredient, which works by blocking the action of aldosterone, a hormone that causes salt and water retention in the body.
By removing excess water and salt while retaining potassium, it helps lower blood pressure and reduce strain on the heart.
