- Payment Terms
1.1. Nature of Transaction: All purchases made through our Platform constitute one-time transactions. There is no subscription or automatic renewal model in place.
1.2. Accepted Modes of Payment: Our Platform is integrated with a secure, RBI-compliant payment gateway for processing online payments. We accept payment through credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets, as made available from time to time.
1.3. Confirmation of Payment: Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS containing your order ID, item(s) purchased, and payment summary.
1.4. No International Orders: We currently do not accept or process international orders. The Platform is intended solely for users residing within the territory of India.
- Order Cancellation
2.1. Cancellation by User:
- You may cancel an order only before the parcel is picked up by our designated delivery partner.
- Once the product is in transit or has been picked up for delivery, the cancellation request will be denied.
2.2. Cancellation by the Company: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to product unavailability, inaccurate pricing, or suspected fraudulent transactions. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
- Return and Replacement Policy
3.1. Eligibility for Return/Replacement: You may request a return or replacement under the following circumstances only:
- You have received a wrong product;
- You have received an expired product;
- The product was damaged or is missing upon delivery.
3.2. Timelines for Raising Return Requests:
- For wrong/expired products: You must raise a return or replacement request within 5 (five) days of delivery, through the official website or customer care.
- For damaged or missing items: You must raise a complaint within 3 (three) days of delivery.
3.3. Return Process:
- After receiving your complaint, our team will review your claim within 2 (two) working days.
- If your claim is accepted, our delivery partner will attempt to pick up the product in its original packaging.
- If the delivery agent is not satisfied that the return protocol is followed, the pickup may be refused.
- Once the returned item is received at our facility and verified against your claim, a replacement or refund will be initiated.
3.4. Out-of-Stock Scenario: If the requested replacement product is out of stock, we will issue a refund or notify you when the item becomes available.
- Exclusions from Return and Refund
Returns or refunds shall not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- If the product has been opened, partially used, or disfigured;
- If the product packaging or seal is tampered with;
- If the product is marked as non-returnable on the product detail page;
- If the product is missing accessories, freebies, or original packaging;
- If the product lacks serial number, UPC code, or barcode;
- If the product is returned due to misuse, negligence, or physical damage not caused during delivery;
- If the product is excluded for hygienic, safety, or health reasons, including but not limited to:
- Personal care products,
- Baby care items,
- Food and nutrition items,
- Sexual wellness products (condoms, pregnancy kits),
- Healthcare devices (glucometers, thermometers, masks, gloves),
- Covid essentials.
However, returns will be accepted for such excluded items only if the product is defective, deficient, spurious, not as advertised, or delivered late.
- Refunds
5.1. Mode of Refund: All refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7 to 10 business days from the date the returned product is received and verified.
5.2. Right to Withhold Refund: We reserve the right to withhold refund if:
- The returned product is found ineligible during quality check;
- The pickup agent is unable to collect the item due to non-compliance with return conditions.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of a purchase made through our Platform shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the respective order.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Payment and Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan.
