ZYGORA-100 TAB is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE-5) inhibitor whose active ingredient is Sildenafil Citrate.
It acts by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis, allowing increased blood flow when sexual stimulation occurs.

 Uses / Indications

• Treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) in men

• May be prescribed when other treatments are ineffective

 Dosage & Administration

• A typical dose is one 100 mg tablet taken 30 minutes to 1 hour before sexual activity

• Maximum one dose per 24 hours

• Can be taken with or without food (heavy or fatty meals may delay onset)

 Precautions & Side Effects

• Do not use with nitrates, nitric oxide donors, or certain other vasodilators (may cause dangerous drop in blood pressure)

• Common side effects: headache, flushing, upset stomach, visual disturbances, nasal congestion, dizziness

• Use caution in patients with cardiovascular disease

• Avoid in severe liver or kidney disease unless adjusted dose

• Be aware of rare side effect priapism (erection > 4 hours) — seek immediate help

• Avoid with severe heart conditions, recent stroke or heart attack
