ALENDROS 70 Tablet

ALENDROS 70 Tablet is a bone health medicine used to treat and prevent osteoporosis in adults, especially postmenopausal women and patients on long-term steroid therapy.
It contains Alendronate Sodium 70 mg, which belongs to the bisphosphonate class of drugs. It works by slowing bone loss, increasing bone density, and reducing the risk of fractures.
