Keromet, marketed by Manfaith Pharma, is a targeted treatment for ocular discomfort. Unlike steroid drops, it provides potent anti-inflammatory effects without some of the common side effects associated with topical steroids.

It is clinically indicated for:

  • Post-Cataract Surgery: Reduces inflammation and pain following cataract extraction.

  • Allergic Conjunctivitis: Provides relief from the intense ocular itching and burning associated with seasonal allergies.

  • Refractive Surgery Care: Often used to manage pain after laser eye surgery (LASIK/PRK).

  • Ocular Pain Management: General relief for non-infectious inflammatory conditions of the eye.

Key Benefits

  • Fast-Acting Relief: Quickly eases the “gritty” or painful sensation in the eye.

  • Non-Steroidal: Effective anti-inflammatory action without the risk of steroid-induced eye pressure spikes.

  • Targeted Itch Relief: Specifically addresses the biological causes of allergic eye discomfort.

  • Trusted Quality: Produced by Manfaith Pharma following stringent pharmaceutical standards.

Directions for Use

  • Use strictly as prescribed by your Ophthalmologist.

  • Standard Dosing: Usually one drop in the affected eye(s) four times daily for allergy or as directed for post-surgery.

  • How to Apply: Tilt head back, pull down the lower eyelid, and instill one drop. Close your eye and press the corner of the eye gently for 1 minute.

  • Hygiene: Do not touch the dropper tip to any surface to avoid contamination.

Safety & Precautions

  • Rx Only: A valid medical prescription is mandatory.

  • Contact Lenses: Remove contact lenses before use. Ketorolac drops may contain preservatives that can be absorbed by soft lenses. Wait at least 15 minutes before re-inserting.

  • Bleeding Tendencies: Use with caution if you have known bleeding tendencies or are on blood thinners.

  • Side Effects: May cause temporary stinging or burning upon application.
