RANOCEM ER 500 Tablet is an antacid and gastro-protective medicine used to treat and prevent stomach ulcers, acid reflux, and GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease).
It contains Rabeprazole 500 mg (Extended Release), which works by reducing the production of stomach acid, helping to heal ulcers, relieve heartburn, and protect the stomach lining.
