It contains a combination of Paracetamol (PCM) and Cox-2 inhibitor (e.g., Celecoxib or Etoricoxib 60 mg), which work together to reduce pain, inflammation, and fever effectively while being gentle on the stomach compared to traditional NSAIDs.
